So I finally went to the doctor after a couple weeks of some serious pain behind my shoulder blade. I kept thinking it’d work it’s way out but instead, it kept getting worse, waking me up at night and really bugging me.

Sure enough, the doctor said I had “lifted a rib” meaning my rib had popped out of place. She said it can be caused by moving something heavy, having a horrible cough with pneumonia, or lifting heavy objects.

Hmmmm…I’m thinking I know the culprit:The doctor said I needed to go get a massage to help pop the rib back into place. Doesn’t sound so bad.

  5. Ouch. Those things hurt. If the massage doesn’t work, go see a chiropractor. Luckily I have one in my home that pops it back in for me. You should feel good almost instantly with a bit of soreness. How can you resist carrying those sweet babies? Lucy is too cute!
