…started off different…

(more on these funny shirts Max wears later…Grace gave this one to him…he’s a goofball)

 …and ended different too.

This was all of our favorite parts of the day.

All the Families Helping Families volunteers brought loads and loads of food and we went to two different areas to feed families a Christmas dinner.  (More about the other stuff we did with them back HERE if you missed it…)

…and made a few friends along the way.

Wrapped it up with one more mariachi band:)

I sure hope we can go back some day and do the same stuff all over again.

  1. This is truly the meaning of being a Christian…and Christmas. What a fantastic idea! Nothing stills the human ego more efficiently than seeing the contrast of how others struggle and live first hand. (And what better way to express pure gratitude, in action, for the good fortune in your own lives…than by giving to others.)

    Beautiful Job Parental Units!!

  2. I love what y'all did for Christmas! I would love to do that someday! Question: Can you share the recipe for whatever that food is? It's like the 8th picture down, and I've had it before, I'm not sure what it's called, and I would love to know the recipe! Thanks!
