We all linger as long as we can after the reunion.
Some years it’s just the moms who stick around after their husbands have to leave.
Other years we get some of the boys too.  
But who wouldn’t want to greedily hold on to sparkling days like these?

I love this series of cousin-sand-bonding-time:

…and “kid soup” in the hot tub.

Bike rides to get shakes:

And then the sad goodbyes.

 It’s always hard to leave that place but we leave with grateful hearts that they have been so filled to the brim with people who make them swell.

…and a place that has always left it’s mark.

  1. Could you share what is on your father's 'to do board' with the grandchildren. I am always looking for meaningful ideas to help my children grow stronger.
