You made me laugh as as I just got back from walmart and bought school supplies since they were so cheap. But you're right. I want to hold onto summer just a little bit longer. Yesterday, I thought of you because I saw a new book by Pres. Uchtdorf at Deseret book called Happily Ever After. Isn't it cool that it his talk is now made into a book. Thanks for sharing your great photography and mother moments with us in the blog world.
Just gonna be honest here. I may be the only mother in the world that will be clicking her heals and shouting for joy on the first day of school. My kids have been fighting like cats and dogs and it is making me a CRAZY mom. I am a much better mother when I have a little break from them. Someday, I hope to be just like you… 🙂
Uh, I was just saying to the 5 great kiddos…."Doesn't it seem like we should have another month of vacation"? I happen to LOVE LOVE LOVE school supplies though.
Lovely pictures 🙂 I was at Target earlier today and they had all their school supplies…I'm afraid it won't be long before Halloween goods start making the rounds (UGGGGHHH)
You're pictures are so amazing, you inspire me in so many ways….thank you. p.s. How do you pronounce your oldest daughters name?? Is it like the letter "L" or is it with the long "e" sound like Ellie?? Just curious 🙂 And she is an absolutely beautiful girl!
Lucy is becoming so grown and she is such a beautiful girl. Your photos are amazing and have created more of a passion for photography in me; I love them all 🙂
Amen sister! I'm dreading back to school more than the kids!
So true…I felt the same way when I was in Target the other day. Argh!!
Love all your black & white photos….
Beautiful shots!
We're only starting summer holidays here (UK), but no doubt they will go way too fast *sigh*
