Abby send this picture in our group family text yesterday with the words “her last day being 1” and it really hit me. How has it been TWO YEARS since she was born?

This girl who has brought so much life and spunk and pure delight into our lives??
In some ways it seems like ten years ago when we got stand on holy ground to meet her for the first time.

…me elbowing my way into that plane, my heart pumping wildly to GET ME THAT BABY!

For two years we’ve had the front row seat to watch these two as the most natural and incredible parents:

Memory Lane
I’m actually DYING that I’m not there to help celebrate with them all, so please indulge me as we do a few “memory lane” photos…

Oh man, we are the luckiest to have Miss Murphy Jane in our lives!
Two Things I Love Most About Murphy…
…on her second birthday:
- She is READY with hugs and kisses every time we see her. Whether in person or immediately hugging the phone on a FaceTime call, she isn’t stingy with her love. There’s something so special about feeling so special when you visit.
- She has the most incredibly endearing and full-of-pizzazz personality. From her facial expressions (my personal favorite when she forms her mouth into a tiny “o” and gets the hugest eyes when she’s excited) to her singing and dancing and jumping, she is just fun through and through.
A Birthday Through FaceTime
Abby and Max let me join the party from afar this morning:

Are you kidding me on the cuteness of this darling little birthday set-up??

Love you forever Miss Tuk/Tukorama/Mooch (the forever nicknames).
Hope I get to give you a birthday hug soon!
XOXO
Happy Belated 2nd Birthday to Murphy. x 🎉🎂🎁🎈🥳
She is so cute & still the image of Max.
Is she starting to talk now?
I love this age.
