  1. Oh, I love this! My kids have all grown out of the stage where they make their toys talk. You are so smart to record Lucy! I wish I would have done that.

When Sariah was little, she could turn any object into a dramatic plaything. The salt and pepper shakers at the dinner table, toothbrushes in the bathroom, rocks in the garden–they were all something else with a voice.

My favorite things to watch her play with were her jam jars. Someone gave us a box of several dozen sample-size jars of jam, and Sariah loved those. We never ate them, because she had so much fun playing with them. At any given time, the jam jars could be a village, a large family, royalty at a bar, or monkeys in a a jungle. It was hilarious to hear her voicing all the different parts in her little plays. I miss that, so much!

  2. OMGosh, as if I didn't think she was adorable enough from her pictures – that sweet little voice just won me over!! And I was going to say the same thing Missy said – I LOVED "Hello Auroras!!" 🙂

  3. I'm an avid follower but I don't think I've ever commented. I must say, this is absolutely adorable. My favorite part is when Snow White & Jasmine are introduced to each other. You're so blessed to have such a character 🙂 Thanks for sharing & bringing a smile to a stranger's face!

  8. That is the cutest thing ever! It is so nice to put a voice with a face we see all the time. I love to "overhear" my kids playing "make believe". It's funny to see where their head is at. 🙂 Same thing with Max's piano. It is so cute to actually see that shy smile at the end!

  9. After seeing so many pictures of her it is so nice to put a voice to the face. She is so adorable. (And her cheeks are so pinchable.)

So I know you've already talked about how your family doesn't really watch tv, but with her being a bit younger than the others and home while they are gone at school all day, what does she do? Does she just play all day or does she watch even a little tv?

  10. Oh man, that is so cute! I'm laughing my head off though cos it could have been taken at my own kitchen counter. Our daughters are about the same age and obviously like doing the same kind of things

  12. You know, usually I don’t even hit the play button on a video (facebook or blogs) if it’s more than 32 seconds (hey, just being honest) …or I’ll watch it but only about the same amount of time. I watched the whole video…and felt like you left me hanging. Did she know she was being taped? LOVED it! And I just saw the picture you posted of her a few days ago with her dad, she is such a doll, sign me up for one Lucy please!

  13. Precious! Why can't they stay this age forever?
