Leaving Lucy at home while we’re gone is tricky. So over and over again my heart was just so filled with actual pangs of gratitude for sister love while we were away on that Alaskan cruise with Dave’s family.
Grace came for the first part of the week and unfortunately this is the only picture she took:

Thank heavens for BeReal because we got some shots to remember all their fun from those. They biked and went on dates and did a water balloon fight. Lucy was in Heaven with that good sister of hers.
There was also some good communication learned together which is so important for this senior of mine.

Of course Yogurtland and Firehouse Subs were a must for Lu.

We missed Grace since she came after we left, but we got Elle for 24 hours after we returned and we made the most of it.
Yes, there’s nothing quite like sisters.
