(Grace’s much-obsessed-about moon packet for school, Book of Mormon mailings, baby love, b-ball love)
(piano duets, orthodontist dates, art with friends, masterpiece that I have started teaching, tennis semi-private drive every Monday)
I must post this to follow up with the piano lesson thing:
Ok, I know that is very elementary and full of mistakes but they just started playing that one night unassigned or hounded after. I could get used to being the piano teacher if they just do stuff like this on their own! 🙂 We are going to have our own family Christmas recital this year and I’ll have to post a perfected version of this song…
(Elle’s funny friend photoshoots, activity days Halloween treats, my amazing brother Jonah’s “greasel” car, family get-together with horrible lighting…)
(teenager date, technology, primary turkey)
(my mom and sisters I adore and a funny sign we laughed to tears about when we were loopy-tired at night)
(third-grade field trip chaperoning)
(evening in excellence girls, date with my middle girls, Grace and her other injured friend who had to sit out and watch “mud wars” because of their injuries Grace split her knee open while we were out of town and could have used a bunch of stitches. Her friend broke her wrist, My only proof that Max did swim team this year)
And last but certainly not least:Yep, that just happened.
Grace is a brace-face.
So much fun! I love the piano duet and, of course, Grace with her new braces!!
Grace looks darling! Her gorgeous dimples makes those braces look awesome!
How in the world did you do this? You'll have to show me! LOVED the piano duet. Hug those girls for me!
Gosh you have SUCH a beautiful happy familY!
Hi! Would anyone like to
follow/subscribe my new blog: http://www.katherineconcannon.blogspot.com
It's about my family and my life as a mother to 8, six adopted children and 2 biological children. I don't have any followers yet so i'd appreciate it if you'd follow it and/or pass it along to others. Thanks!
saw grace and claire at the christmas concert thing on saturday at the mesa arts center… we sat RIGHT behind them and they were the most adorable little ladies. i wanted so badly to say hi to them and say that i read your blog, but i didn't want to ruin their fun night with my fangirl-ness. i totally noticed grace's braces and i thought to myself, "well, i bet there will be a blog post about that soon!" but seriously, your kids are just as awesome in person… adorable.
Always love reading your blog! Love the little moments captured through iphones too. 🙂 So I was reading a post you did in 2010 on Christmas traditions and I love the straw in the manger one- especially love the paper (instead of real hay). But I'm wondering where did you get that manger?? I've been looking all over for one and can't find one anywhere!!
