I was recently introduced to this organization that helps women (especially mothers) all over the world.I felt my heart reach out to those women that website talks about.Talk about the opposite of entitlement.
Then I found out you can donate by doing what you would be doing anyway: back-to-school shopping (unless you have already done that like me, but there’s always an extra thing you forgot, right?) The deal is that you can receive 25% off at Macy’s with a $5 donation to Women’s World Health Initiative. (More info. here.)
In order to get that 25% off, just make a $5 donation through this page http://www.wwhi.org/get-involved/donate/standard-donation/ and email (danielle.murphy@wwhi.org) with the mailing address where you would like the shopping pass sent.
Shopping passes will be sent via FedEx to arrive Friday or Saturday morning.
