We suddenly have a house to sell.

In the hustle and bustle of building I have lost track of all the people who have asked over the years (sorry!), so it’s up for grabs and we’d love to sell it to someone who will love it as much as we have.

Check out when we painted our cabinets white back HERE.
(We have loved the white.)
As an FYI, those maple floors that have yellowed over the years will be refinished at our expense.  But we want to wait for the buyer to determine what shade of wood they would like.

At Christmas:

The neighborhood:

Same thing but on a foggy day:

I can’t get enough of the tree-lined streets.
Valentine’s Day…oh I love how that house decorates up for the holidays.

 On Halloween:

Back yard:

I love that this is a great-size pool but there’s still enough yard for a sunken trampoline.  We have loved our yard!

We’d love to sell by owner if we can.  Email me at sepphotography at gmail dot com if you are interested or have questions.

** Post edit note:  Much of the furniture is for sale with or without the house 😉

  1. I've always wondered about that cool tree in your formal living room…is it real? If so, did you treat it with anything before you put it up? I LOVE it and want to know how/where to get my own:)

  2. Gorgeous home. As someone who recently put my house on the market and had to spruce up every room and make it look immaculate for photographs, good work! Whew. Makes me tired just thinking about all your hard work. Love your home. Wish we were moving to your area. I'd snatch it up.

  3. Don't forget to include pictures of the pool! And the trampoline! Those are two of my favorite things about your home! Good luck! I'm sure you will have no trouble selling it. It looks amazing! Can't wait to see more of your new home!

  5. Well, as you know, I stalked the new house when I was down in AZ :), but this one is gorgeous as well! Oh how I wish I transplant that (complete with palm trees & sun) to Seattle right now.

  6. I've been trying to convince my husband (he's a teacher) we should move to your area, but to no avail! Too bad, because I'd love love love to buy your home! It's beautiful and you've taken great care of it. Good luck selling!

  7. Happy Easter!
I wish you good luck with selling the house and I hope you can find someone that appreciates this property 🙂
I'm curious, especially because houses in Germany are set up so differently… but how many bathrooms does this house have? It seems like every bedroom has its own, which is so very different to what I am used to (but nevertheless so cool! I remember my family of 6 people trying to figure out the bathroom morning routine with only one full bathroom… a horror, especially with teenagers ;))

  8. WOW! This house is so beautiful, I can`t stop looking at the pictures. I love all the open space and the many windows. I grew up in a small flat, it must be like a fairy tale for your kids to grow up in such a beautiful house and now even in a new one. Lucky you!
